All domestic items are shipped via USPS First Class parcel post within 1 to 4 business days of cleared payment and will arrive typically between 2-5 business days. You have the option of upgrading to USPS Priority (1-3 day business days) at checkout if desired.
International orders outside of the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class International and can take between 2-5 weeks to arrive depending on time of year and location.
Custom made items are not always included in this shipping time frame. If you ordered a custom piece, I can gladly give you an estimated ship date.
All items ship from Oregon, USA.
Orders with a value of over $85 USD will require a signature upon delivery, to insure the safety of your jewelry.
Orders that do not have a matching delivery and billing address will also require a signature upon delivery.

All retail orders are sent in a cardboard jewelry gift box, with Black Crystals brand packaging.
To be eco-friendly, paper receipts are not included when shipped. So, no need to worry about any price tags being seen if your package is going directly to a recipient!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please remember you are responsible for the cost of any customs charges / VAT on merchandise entering your country. Orders can take up to 2 to 5 weeks for international delivery, sometimes longer depending on the time of year - So, please be patient and keep this in mind when ordering. Your order will come with a tracking number for you to follow it along the way. All international packages are packaged in a double layer of bubble wrap for extra protection.
The correct address must be provided upon checkout. If there is another address that the purchase needs to be shipped to, please contact me with that information before or at time of purchase.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Upon shipment of your package, I ask that you please keep track of your item via the tracking link sent to you. If a package is marked “delivered” via USPS tracking, I am unfortunately unable to file a missing claim and cannot be held responsible.
If your package seems to have gone missing and has not been updated via the USPS tracking link sent, I first suggest contacting your local post office or mail carrier.
