WHOLESALE TERMS & POLICIES
- PAYMENt -
- Credit Cards through Stripe Direct Checkout, PayPal, and Square Cash are all accepted online.
- Checks & money orders are gladly accepted, however, orders will not be started until payment has cleared. If choosing to pay by check or money order, at checkout please enter the coupon code: Check Payment . Once the code has been entered, the order total will be cleared.
- Payments must be made within 5 business days of placing your order. Order will not be fulfilled until paid in full.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
- Order minimum does not include shipping costs. (Any shipping overcharges will be refunded to you).

- SHIPPING -
Depending on the size of your order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to ship. If you need a ETA, I can gladly send you one. Black Crystals jewelry ships from Rosburg, Washington.
I ship through USPS Priority Mail and always include tracking & insurance into the price. Signature confirmation is required on orders of $750+.
Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
Buyer pays shipping costs which includes insurance, tracking confirmation. Charges will be calculated and added to your order total. Any overcharges will be refunded to you at time of shipment.
As an estimate & depending on the size of the order, shipping usually starts around $10 for smaller parcels to $25 and up for larger orders. If you need a price quote prior to purchasing, please let me know.
- RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND REPAIRS -
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. I only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Buybacks are not accepted.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact me via message or email me at Hello@BlackCrystalsJewelry.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Should a customer return any Black Crystals item to you that is damaged or broken due to material failure or workmanship issues, I will happily repair if free of charge within one year of purchase date. If over the one year mark, there will be a repair fee for material costs & labor. Please include a detailed description of the item’s conditions, along with a clear photo, if possible, before requesting a repair authorization. Retailer is responsible for paying repair shipping costs.
- FAQs -
My jewelry comes without jewelry boxes, so if you would like those included, please let me know beforehand and I can add them on to your total. Otherwise, jewelry will be shipped safely in small plastic bags with bubble wrap. As for labels, I do include hang tags & earrings cards with my shop name with all my orders.
All of my jewelry is handmade & one of a kind. Due to the nature of my production method, each piece may vary slightly (e.g. , raw stones & vintage chain).
At this time I do not do private labeling. Being that I am a small business owner, I wish to keep my handmade creations under my shop name. All of my pieces will come with Black Crystals labeling.
I can gladly create custom orders for you, or if you've seen a sold item in my retail shop that you like, I can usually recreate it.
